Dick Koenig

Dick Koenig has been on FLYING’s masthead for the past 31 years and has been Publisher of FLYING, a Hachette Filipacchi Media US title, since July 1987. He joined Ziff Davis publishing and FLYING in 1976 as the Mid-Atlantic Sales Manager, was promoted to Eastern Sales Manager in 1978, Advertising Director in May 1979, Associate Publisher in November 1981 and Vice President/Publisher in 1987.

Richard Collins

Richard Collins has been writing about airplanes, how to fly them and the environment in which they fly for over 50 years. Richard earned his private certificate 55 years ago and acquired his commercial, ATP and flight instructor certificates over the years. He has logged over 20,000 hours in general aviation airplanes.
