Deborah Burns

Senior Vice President/Chief Brand Officer, Luxury Design Group

As SVP/ Chief Brand Officer for the Luxury Design Group, ELLE DECOR and Metropolitan Home, Deborah Burns oversees the group’s editorial, publishing and business development across the platforms. Since April 2006, she served as SVP of the Luxury Design Group overseeing sales and marketing for both magazines. Prior to that role she was Metropolitan Home’s VP/ Publisher and Vice President/Publisher of ELLEgirl. Starting in 2001, she was responsible for U.S. advertising in Elle Group international editions as Vice President of Global Sales at IGA, Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S.’s international advertising subsidiary. During her 24-year career with Hachette, Burns has also served as integrated marketing director, vice president of creative development, as well as several other sales and marketing roles.
