Olivia Monjo serves as Vice President/Editor-in-Chief of Home magazine and Woman’s Day Special Interest Publications. She was named Editor-in-Chief of Home in September 2007 and has been the editor-in-chief of Woman's Day Special Interest Publications (WDSIPs) since 2002.

James Fraguela was named Publisher of Woman’s Day Special Interest Publications for Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S. in 2000. As publisher, Fraguela has been responsible for 35 titles and oversees management as well as all planning and operations for the publication.
