The Director of Social Media will be responsible for establishing the strategic vision on how to incorporate social media as brand extensions for the company and accelerate the growth, increase awareness/engagement across all social platforms. Additionally, this candidate will need to effectively communicate the benefits of social communities to all levels of management and transfer your knowledge and experience of social media to increase the size of our audience and bi-directional participation (audience and company) through the creation of engaging web content, audience interactions and applications. Key Responsibilities: · Responsible for building the audience, awareness, and repeat engagement with all Hachette-Fillipacchi social media platforms. · Responsible for development, design, and implementation of social media marketing plans and strategies. · Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet aggressive organizational goals. o Setting weekly, monthly and annual goals and developing strategies to meet and exceed goals. · Help devise strategic partnership programs, engage social media websites and foster new online communities. · Manage existing social media and promotion staff. Job Requirement: · 5+ years of active social media involvement. · Experience in presenting to large groups with various levels of understanding of social media. · Ability to perform in-depth analysis and identify opportunities for improvement. · Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. · Strong analytical skills.Our organization offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunity for advancement.
