Claude Girard Named VP/Director of Corporate Sales

Claude Girard, 42, has been named Vice President/Director of Corporate Sales, Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S. it was announced today. Girard will report to Nicholas Matarazzo, EVP/Group Publishing Director and Integrated Sales & Marketing.
Girard joins Hachette from LB Media Inc where he had been the VP/Corporate Sales since 2007. From 2000-2007, he served as the Executive Director of Strategic Development/Director of International Travel at Architectural Digest magazine, selling integrated marketing programs and working closely with the Conde Nast Corporate Group. Girard began his career as an Account Executive in corporate sales at American Airlines.
